The Treasury houses some of the most sacred Islamic relics and the richest collection of Ottoman treasures in the world.

Divided into four main chambers, the collection includes religious artifacts, ceremonial objects, precious gems, weapons, and personal belongings of Prophet Muhammad and his companions.

Personal Belongings of Prophet Muhammad

The most sacred items in the collection include personal belongings believed to have belonged to Prophet Muhammad, brought to Istanbul after the Ottoman conquest of Egypt in 1517.
